Pine Ridge Behavioral Health is an accredited National CARF facility and fully licensed residential treatment center that has been helping teens and their families since 2012. Our staff and treatment team each have nearly two decades of experience helping struggling teens figure out how to change their lives for the better. 

PRBH admits boys ages 14-18 who have substance abuse issues, trouble with the law, or inappropriate or dangerous behaviors. Many kids who come to us have all three, since they seem to go hand in hand. Boys come to our facility from around the country to participate in a variety of therapeutic activities designed to give them the skills they need to make positive changes for a better life

Six Easy Steps to Enrolling Your Son at Pine Ridge Behavioral Health 

Step 1 – Contact Us

Simply fill out the online Inquiry Form or call us directly, toll-free at 801-830-2406. At this time, we discuss the Pine Ridge program with you and determine if our program is an appropriate fit for your son. If not, we can refer you to other quality programs that may be more appropriate to meet your boy’s needs.

Step 2 – Complete An Application (After We Have Talked First)

An application is provided to you once fit is determined. The application can be emailed, faxed, or mailed back to us.  There is no charge to submit an application.  After the application has been received, it is reviewed by our Admissions staff. A final decision on whether or not your child is a good fit for our program is made within one business day (usually within a few hours).  If he is accepted, you are contacted to work out the final items and details for his admission.

Step 3 – Determine an Admission Date

Let us know when would be a good time for your boy to enter our program, so we can prepare for him.

Step 4 – Make a Deposit

A financial deposit is required before a bed will be reserved for your child.  When the child enters the program, the entire deposit will be applied to his tuition bill. This deposit is nonrefundable.

Step 5 – Complete Enrollment Forms

Some additional medical information and release forms are provided to you after your application has been approved. 

Step 6 – Admit Your Child

After you arrive with your child, he is escorted to the dormitory where he receives his uniform and basic gear.

To be successful in making life change, parents/Guardians must be prepared to keep their child in the program until he successfully completes all phases. It is understood that troubled boys may not be overly excited about coming to Pine Ridge, however, it is required that a prospective student be informed in advance that he is being enrolled at PRBH

Tuition: $7,500 per month

Financial Aid: Pine Ridge works with most insurance. Talk with one of our admission professionals for more information on insurance coverage. 

Payment Options:  Cash pay, insurance only, blended options of billing your insurance, and supplemental cash pay.
